Results are outlined of improving modern technologies of cryoconcervation of bulls' sperm. The elements of technologies are suggested as follows: the universal "GSS" additive on the basis of superhigh concentrations of the glutathione reduced. SGGZhE - a cryoconservation medium containing a preparate from Echinacea purpurea plants; a method of freezing bulls' sperm with high degree of its dissolution; a new method of freezed sperm control over fertilizing ability of spermatozoa with a its differentiated assessment; a lazer analyzer of semen quality; an express forecast of sperm cryoresistance when using the test of osmotic resistance of sperm mobility; a method of differentiated approach to sperm cryoconservation
