[Application of the profit rate for regulating the economic relations]

Effective balance of economic relations under conditions of market economy is impossible without applying the system of economic regulations with the profit rate as the basis. This notion is characterised as the correlation of the value of returns and the capital cost. The article represents a temporary scheme of price regulation of economic relations and stimulation of agrarian reformation
