Selection is studied of the effective strains of phosphorus-mobilizing microorganisms. Their influence on cereal and legume crops productivity is determined, as well as the ability to assimilate highly-soluble soil phosphates and fertilizers. The study is aimed at creating biopreparations that assimilate successfully under the soil and climatic conditions of the northern Forest-Steppe of Ukraine. A number of promising phosphorus-mobilizing bacteria is isolated. The biopreparations obtained are based on the most active strain 32-3 producing physiologically active substances. The use of the bacterial biopreparation FMB 32-3 contributes to the maize and spring wheat yield
