General combining ability of 7 maize inbred lines 64 extracted from hybrid and 21 crosses created by those lines was examined by topcross with two testers DF7 and DF9 which are inbred lines. Results of research showed that: The inbred lines showed high value of general combining ability (GGA)(such as K1, K2 and K7), the combines of sister inbred lines which were created by those showed also high value of GCA (such as K2.5, K3.5)+ K1.5). Contrarily, the inbred lines had low value of GCA (such as K3 and K5), the combines of sister inbred line which were created by those had also low value of GCA (such as K2.5, K3.5, K1.5). Six combines of sister inbred lines namely: K2,4, K1.2, K2.7, K1.6, K4.7 and K1.7 could be used as parents in maize seed production. Five crosses namely K1.2 x T1, K2.4 x T2, K2.7 x T2, K1.7 T2 and K1.6 x T1 which had the highest grain yield could be released it large scale testing on production
