This work is related to the application of automatic Karl-Fischer titration instrument for determining the content of water in the following products: crude oil, edible refined oils and fats, margarine, mayonnaise and technical fatty acids. In the scope of the wide range of application of electrochemical methods for determining the content of water in different substances, the application can be extended on repro-materials (hexane, petrol oil, PET in powder, etc.) and in ingredients (lecithin, sugar, egg yolk, mustard, etc.).
