Supercritical fluid extraction and determination of pesticide residues in raspberries

Raspberries are counted among Yugoslavian most profitable export commodities. Consequently, maximum attention should be given to the technology of raspberry production in order to secure high and stable yields as well as a high quality of produce. Besides the application of optimum quantities of fertilizers, it is necessary to use readily degradable pesticides. In addition, analyses of the content of heavy metals and pesticide residues should be conducted on a regular basis.
