Study of effects of preceding crop and mineral fertilizers on the content of available NPK nutrients in chernozem soil type were done for 12-year period (1986-1997). There were established that the effects of preceding crop and mineral fertilizers on changes of agrochemical properties of soil were significant. The best preceding crop for maize is soybean in two and three rotation.
