An intensive Nursery Forest Seedlings (NFS) production is characterized by the relatively fast decreasing of soil quality. This causes also declining of seedlings growth and seedlings quality. The slow soil quality decline in time is caused by increasing the relative deviation of the soil fertility characteristics from "optimal ranges". The soil quality in this case is measured by the soil quality index Qs. The quality of NFS production is measured by means of plant characteristics such as plant heigh, diameter of nodal root etc. An experience in making the information system for fertilizer recommendations in NFS, nutrient use efficiency and optimal fertilizer rate are obtained. It follows in particular, that the highest quality of NFS production cannot be obtained until an appropriate level of high soil quality is reached.
