As a result of the examinations made by the author, it can be laid down as a fact that the grape-juice of the 100% fruit-content made from must through redilution can not be stored in any containers for longer than 6 months at room temperature or higher - mostly due to its sensorial features. The grape-juice of 12% fruit-content can preserve its quality for a longer period even under worse storage conditions. Presumably due to the lower fruit-content the pace of the change is mutch slower. These conclusions can be very important concerning the determination of the "best before" period of the product and the selection of the optimal storage conditions
