2001
Racz, Istvanne
We have analysed 100 pieces of horticultural irrigation water samples in laboratory of the Chemical and Soilscience Departmant on Tessedik Samuel College, which were used in South Great-Plain. We have compared the chemical analysis results with the most important irrigation water qualitative limit requirements. After summary it can be ascertained that 40% of the examined waters did not comply with the requirements, mainly the salt content and natrium rate were unfavourable. The horticultural intensive technologies are specially sensitive to irrigation water quality. In this region the water quality will make difficulties over the technological progress in horticulture.
