The objectives of this study were to analyze: (1) production of raw material of natural rubber (bokar), (2) factors that may affect production level of rubber, and (3) farmer's profit as TCSDP participant. The methodology applied in the research was two stages of cluster sampling. The subdistrict of Rambang Dangku was selected as study area. The number of sample was 77 farmers that were distributed among 3 villages. The results of this study indicated that production level of rubber from TCSDP participant on the average was 2.144 kg dry rubber/ha/year. T-Student test indicated that production level of natural rubber affected significantly upon the target of rubber production. The analysis of multiple regression showed that the age of plants, the number of tapping plant, frequency of tapping, fertilizing, disease control, actual number of labor being occupied, and condition of rubber production, whereas a simple regression indicated that the production of rubber correlated significantly with farmer's profit. The profit of rubber farming was Rp. 4,201,471,01 per ha/year
