[Improvement of medium in the test tube for propagating the plantlet of virus-free potato]

The condition of medium appropriate to the vegetation of the virus-free potato plantlets in vitro was MS (or Hyponex) + Sugar 2 percent + NAA 0.1 mg/l. Potato plantlets could grow well like in MS medium when added potato juice 100 g/l to the medium added KNO3 780 mg/l, (NH4)2SO4 314 mg/l and KH2PO4 700 mg/l
