It is stated that the hull-less oat grades have much higher level of the physical parameters of quality. Hull-less oat differs its low filmness (up to 2,4%) and higher content of pure nucleus. Large fractions of oats have highest percentage of the filmy grains (up to 90%) and this fact to be taken into account when processing grain into the groats. It is expedient to divide filmy and hull-less fractions of the hull-less oat. Researches have shown, that the division of filmy and hull-less fractions is possible on density and length. Thus, hull-less oat is a valuable raw material for cereal-processing industry and has a number of technological features, that should be taken into account when organizing processing.
