Problem of heavy metal dynamics (Cd, Pb, Cr) into soil and in field's condition is solving on example of the territory, which is contaminated by imissions from metallurgical enterprise Kovohuty in Krompachy (eastern part of the Slovak Republic). Soil samples (ten takings from fifteen permanent bleeder places) were taken during three terms - in spring, in summer and in autumn. Contents of spotted metals were specified by method of atomic absorb spectrometry in 2M HNO3 lixivium. By assessment of three years old results was investigated considerable inequality of observed heavy metals content in soil with expressive seasonal variances. Annual maximums were determinated during summer season, while during spring they reached only about 37.1 - 72.8% and in autumn maximums were about 34.7 - 47.4%. Individual contents of observed heavy metals liable to relation of logarithmic-normal distribution with high concordance probability of theoretical and empirical series with scope 55,9% (Pb) to more then 99% (Cd). Presented values assign importance of place choice and taking term of soil samples with appreciation of contamination measure and contamination size by inorganic pollutants
