The data obtained confirm that one of the causes of different yields is heterogeneity of soils and their characteristics. This phenomenon should therefore play a decisive role at the farming planning. According to knowledge of the production presumposions, presented in this paper, it is possible to derive optional soil yield forming potential for the concrete site (with well know soil characteristics)
