Cumulation dynamism of foreign componets in leaves of sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus L.) in Nitra town greenery

Total content of chosen foreign bodies in leaves of sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus L.) such as Ca, Mg, K, Na, Fe, Zn, Cu, Pb, Mn and anionic components H2PO4-, Cl-, NO3-, (SO4)2- were investigated in the urban environment. The quantity of accumulated elements is closely associated with dust fall and their content in air and soil. The town of Nitra (N) was chosen as the urban environment and Arboretum Mlynany (AM) as a relatively clean locality without immission load. At both localities (N, AM) higher content of Mg, Ca, K, Cu, Pb elements was found in comparison to limit levels. The increased contents of Na, Fe, H2PO4-, Cl-, NO3-, (SO4)2- were observed at Nitra locality only. Zn and Mn concentration was found to be on a normal level at either locality. There were significant statistical differences in the leaves content of Ca. Na, Fe, Zn, Mn, H2PO4-, Cl-, NO3-, (SO4)2- between compared localities
