Major factor affecting the Thai broiler production were the cost of Thai broiler production. The minor factor was the price of Thai broiler received by the farmer in the previous year. The major factor affecting the Thai broiler domestic consumption was the retail price of Thai broiler. The minor factors were the real per capita of Thai national income and the retail price of pork in Bangkok market. The major factor affecting the export quantity of Thai broiler to Japan was the real per capita of Japanese national income. The minor factors were the real export price of Thai broiler to Japan and the real export price of United States of America broiler to Japan. For the different price levels relationship model, the study found that the retail price of Thai broiler had the positive relationship with the Thai broiler price received by the farmer. The export price of Thai frozen chicken to Japan had the positive relationship with the retail price of Thai broiler. The second category, the goodness of fit test, was acceptable and satisfactory. The third category, the model was used to examine the effect of changes in policy variables in two cases. Case I, the real price of Thai compound feed decreased the quantity of Thai broiler production, the quantity of Thai broiler domestic consumption, and the export quantity of Thai frozen chicken to Japan would increase. Case II, the real per capita of Japanese national income increased the quantity of Thai broiler production, the quantity of Thai frozen chicken export to Japan, the Thai broiler price received by the farmer, the retail price of Thai broiler and the price of Thai frozen chicken to Japan would increase. In case of Thai broiler domestic consumption would decrease.
