Soil qualities in Kung Krabaen Bay was carried out during May-December 1994. The samples were taken in level 0-20 cm depth, 23 points around the bay area. The results indicated that soil qualities in supply canal and drain out canal were accumulated the most nutrients area with average organic matter of 4.84, 6.97 percent; total nitrogen of 0.224, 0.161 percent; available phosphorus 84.26, 82.62 mg/kg and BOD sub (5) sup (20) 3.25, 3.72 mg/g soil. The degree of effect decreased from drain out canal and supply canal to shore-line to 500 meters and 1,000 meters offshore which were indicated by organic matter content of soil which decreased from 2.04 to 0.77 to 0.25 percent respectively.
