Role of Japaness agricultural development in Thailand's agricultural and agro-industrial product exports

Gross domestic product in agriculture was used to examine the effect of exports of some Thai agricultural product to Japan, imports of capital good from Japan, credit on financial assistance for export in term of P/N of BOT., would increase gross domestic product in agricultural sector with level of significance at confidence interval at 80 and 90 percent by 0.9287, 0.0502 and 0.1428 respectively. The Thai agricultural product price changed by 1 unit would decrease gross domestic product in the agricultural sector by 0.3758 unit with level of significance at confidence interval 80 percent. On the machinery and equipment imports from Japan increase 1 unit would increase 0.08927 unit at confidence interval at 90 percent. In the case of imports of bus and truck from Japan changed by 1 unit had contribued to increase Thai gross domestic product by 0.02035 unit at confidence interval at 80 percent. In case of Export credit in term of rediscount rate of BOT's Promissory note changed by 1 unit would increase gross domestic product by 0.03014 unit at confidence interval at 80 percent. In consideration of elasticity used logarithm it was shown that all other things being equal, the price of natural rubber was increased by 1 unit would decrease gross domestic product by 0.012691 unit. In the case of frozen shrimp and cassava product exports changed by 1 unit would increase gross domestic product by 0.17008 unit respectively with the confidence interval at 95 percent.
