Comparative study on yield decrease for four varieties of field corn due to water stress during four growth stages was conducted at the Huey Ban Yang Crop Water Requirements Experimentation Station, Amphoe Muang, Changwat Nakhon Ratchasima. Four methods of water supply during various growth stages: 1. Reliable supply throughout cropping season 2. Water stress during vegetative growth 3. Water stress during flowering stage 4. Water stress during yield formation stage. Four varieties of fields corn: 1. Suwan 1 2. Suwan 2301 3. Suwan 2602 4. Suwan 2802. It appears that the Suwan 2602 with reliable water supply gives maximum yield, the least damaged due to stress of water is Suwan 2301, and the most seriously damaged due to stress of water is Suwan 1.
