Some field experiments were carried out to find out the nutrition limited factor to yield formation of groundnut crop in poor alluvial soil. The research results are presented in this paper. The results can be highlighted as follows: (l) Posphorous, Potassium and Cancium have strong effect on nodule formation of groundnut. (2) Phosphorous is the first nuttition limited factor to yield formation of groundnut crop in poor alluvial soil. (3) Groundnut yield showed a possitive response to full fertilizer application. Number od fill pot, weight of 100 pots and 100 seeds as well as yield was low in the treatments without P, K, Ca, B and Mo application.
