Possibilities of radioactive contamination and protection of poultry production

The aim of the present paper was to described the effects of environmental radioactive contamination on the radiation hygienic aspects of poultry production. Also, the methods of radioprotection was showed: 1) by changing the diet composition; 2) using the binders substances for 137Cs (zeolite and AFCF) and for depleted uranium, in case of internal (oraly, inhale) radioactive contamination.
