In this paper is shown review of developmental plans in IMK "14. oktobar" AD, Krusevac, Serbia (Yugoslavia) in area of mechanization and equipment improvement for agriculture, irrigation and forestry application. So far the researches of needs and possibilities of market which describe the further development and exploitation of natural resources in these areas have the strategic importance and extend possibilities for starting and developing of the great number of additional activities, including the mechanization manufacturers, equipment and instruments for agricultural, irrigation and forestry mechanization.
