[Situation and perspective of staff education in function of logistics in maintenance]

Complex maintenance problems require interesting a lot of people of different profiles and expert education level. Those requirements often should be satisfied by one person. Installed equipment age in Yugoslav production sections is in the opossite relative to number and level of education and retaining staff, which work on maintenance. This paper includes some part of problems which refer maintenance and attempted answer to questions, which refer staff education, later innovating knowledge and introduction promlems of new technology in maintenance process.
