On the base of the present date "Insecticide residues from the group of chlorinated hydrocarbons in wheat products" the following conclusions can be offered: the determinated residue amounts of organochlorine pesticides in all analysed samples were very low in regard to maximum limits concentrations; analyses of wheat products over the five years has revealed of the dieldrin; having in mind long-lasting and cumulating of organochlorine pesticides it should be taken into account those characteristics; in the aim to producing a good quality foodstuffs it is necessary to work more on such problems.
