Participation of grains and grain products in average familial nutrition of school children in Subotica (Serbia, Yugoslavia) is on the lower limit of acceptance. There also has been noticed the unfavourable domination of white flour products, and in consequence of this the insufficiency of diet fibers, vitamin B6, B12, selenium and iron.
