In order to locate QTLs controlling field and laboratory indicators of drought tolerance, chromosome addition lines of Agropyron elongatum (donor) in the genetic background of Chinese Spring (recipient) were tested in the field and laboratory of the College of Agriculture, Razi University, Kermanshah, Iran. The plant genetic material was cultivated in the field and laboratory under two different water regimes (irigated and non-irrigated).
