This study is devoted to the qualitative and quantitative composition of triacylglycerols from several tropical Cucurbitaceae seed oils, with such species as Lagenaria leucaritha (bottle gourd and scrobby gourd), Luffa acutangula (angled loofah) and Luffa cylindrica (smooth loofah). Fatty acid compositions of triacylglycerols are similar to those obtained for oils. After isolation on open silica column, the triacylglycerols are analysed by high performance liquid chromatography. These four seed oils present a similar qualitative triacylglycerol composition with trilinolein, palmitodilinolein, oleodilinolein and with stearoleolinolein and palmitoleolinolein in mixture. The two varieties of Lagenaria leucaritha are characterised by a high content of trilinolein whereas palmitodilinolein is the majoritary triacylglycerol of Luffa seed oils
