This study was conducted to identify native goat breeds based on morphostructural classification and molecular classification using random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) method. Twenty variable so the 493 adult females (3 years) that sampled from 50 different flocks across the twelve governorates were analyzed using cluster analysis and multifactorial discriminant analysis of SAS package.
