We studied the effective application of burning ash phosphorous fertilizer on rice seedbed and paddy field. When the burning ash phosphorus was applied on the paddy field, it increased the phosphorous content of soil and decreased its fixation because its phosphorous was the available form in citric acid. Also, it was absorbed a little of phosphorous in the early growing season, but the effect was not different from that of superphosphate fertilizer in the last growing season. When it was applied on the seedbed, it could be mixed with top soil of seedbed because it increased the phosphorous absorption of rice seedling and gave the positive effect on its growth. In the paddy field, making to mix with top soil as a basal fertilizer before rice transplanting could be resulted a good effect, the amount of its application would be 600kg per ha
