This study aimed to improve and develop the whole pili kernel processing industry by improving the quality of existing products and developing new product lines from pili pulp and nuts. A standardized and improved processing method for new and existing product lines was the ultimate output of this study. Harvested pili nuts from three sources during the peak months of May-July were used as samples. A total of 52,000 nuts was depulped through retting (or cold wetting treatment), dried for two full days, and deshelled manually using a wooden board and bolo. Of this number, 51.4 kg or 81.64% was whole kernels, 9.68 kg or 15% was broken kernels, and 1.88 kg or 2.99% was spoiled
