The aim of the trial was to investigate the effects of different plant material: standard cutting, rooted minicuttings and in vitro cuttings on persent of field survival rate, growth and yield of two clones of fast growing willow. Dry matter yield of wood harvested in one-year cycle, content of cellulose and lignin were determined. The heat value of willow biomass and ash content in wood were also recorded
