The contents of macronutrients (N, P, K, Mg, Ca) in winter wheat grain, depending on various protective and integrated protective-fertilization variants, were investigated. Among the pesticides applied, the Aminopielik D herbicide was the only one that showed a significant effect on an increase in the content of total nitrogen and a slight decrease in the content of potassium in grain, without any variation in the percentage of other components. Moreover, the wheat reacted with an increase in phosphorus and potassium contents in the grain under the influence of using herbicide-urea and fungicide-urea mixtures supplemented with Insol-3 intraleaf fertilizer. The method of urea fertilization did not affect the content of macronutrients under study
