The number of three basic nematode trophic groups (bacterial, fungal and plant feeders) in the isolators with eartworms was lower as compared with the control after one month of the experiment, but significant differences were found only in the case of bacterial-feeding nematodes. The influence of various earthworm densities on collembolan communities density was ambigous. Only after 120 days of the experiment, collembolan densities were significantly lower in the variants with 4 and 6 earthworms than in the control
