Regionalisation of crop production in Poland

The analysis of current regionalization of crop production at the background of natural and economic-organizational conditions in Poland was the aim of the paper. The analysis was done on the basis of the characteristics of natural conditions and the statistical data concerning crop production in all 308 districts. In 147 districts cereals cover more than 74 percent of arable lands and in 12 of them even more than 80 percent. The sugar beet is concentrated in 83 districts with values of the agricultural evaluation index higher than 74 points
