Knowledge on particular elements of technical infrastructure localized on rural area makes easier all the activities aiming at transformation of productive agricultural space. On an example of Michalowice commune the role of water and gas supply systems, electric energy and telecommunication network were considered. Every element of technical infrastructure should be treated as local terrain invariant useable for arrangement works on rural areas
