The influence of total C and N mineralization on humic acids C sub(kh), C sub(kf) accumulation, the content of mineral N and the changes in physical properties have been investigated in muck-peat soils. It have been stated that C sub(kh) accumulation depends on C sub(t) content in muck and increases with muck depth. Significantly higher content of C sub(kf) in muck, increases with losses of C sub(t) towards to surface. Total carbon mineralization caused increase in ash content as well as in bulk density. Changes in bulk density are correlated with C sub(t) and C sub(kh) content in muck. The ash content is also linearly correlated with C sub(t) content in muck. Dependences between investigated features have been estimated quantitatively by usage of regression equations
