Aspects of management of agricultural firms

The level of external and internal entropy belongs to the basic indicators of assessment of successfulness of management and competitive level of enterprises. The entropy represents the measure of the unsystematic character of enterprises, which can lead to the decrease of its productivity, and in the end its competitive ability. The assessment of the file of agricultural enterprises shows, that the level of internal, external and the whole entropy does not show too favourable prospects for their future dynamics and development considering the performance of the chosen agricultural enterprises. While the reviewed enterprises cannot influence their surroundings, the internal entropy is possible to be influenced by the management of agricultural enterprises better. The possible utilisation of management of changes is described for the purpose of stabilisation and development of agricultural enterprises.. The sure weakness is, in particular the low level of the social subsystem. The certain improvement can bring the application of strategy of increasing the input of employeesï energy.
