Informational analyses for determination of structuure-function relationship of biomacromolecules is performed by Fourier transform based method. In this work The Informational Spectrum Method was applied to following biomedical models: 1) Prognostic test for HIV disease; 2) Immunomimetics for HIV transactivating protein, TAT; 3) Prognostic test for cancer patients based on p53 mutants.
