Different types of using and milk realization

Milk production is part of job, while selling and realization are final part of set work in milk production and milk products. Process of production doesn't start from cattle nutrition and other measures; it's start from heifer's breeding and production of quality forage food but doesn't finish with milking. It's being continouing with the selling and realization of milk and other products from the process as breeding heifers, beef for fat, selling of fatten heifers and old extracted heads from production program. Production could be controlled on the holders, while sell-realization milk covering out of holders. Process of realization or milk commercial is complex and hard task because milk is finalized and realized on different way in the aim to get profit. Milk as a final product come to the market with different names: milk, yoghurt or cheese as a special sort of milk product.
