Basic intention of this paper is to show the possibility of pollution of underground water in different conditions of hydrogeological medium, if you make some mistakes during geological, and especially hydrogeological exploration in primary phase and also in phase of detail exploration. In this paper it will be show the possibility of pollution of underground water cause by accident situation during exploitation of sanitary city landfill tampon layer with critical note about building the landfill from hydrogeological aspect given in Of. Paper RS no. 54/92.
