Dynamics of aminoacids in goat milk of Bulgarian white dairy breed during the first stage of lactation

Changes in aminoacids in the colostrum and in the milk of Bulgarian white dairy breed of goats during suckling period was studied. It was found that during the first day of colostrum period the colostrum was characterized with the highest content of glutamine acid (1.38%), leucine (0.693%), proline (0.608%), and the lowest of sulfur contained aminoacids - cistine (0.108%) and methionine (0.144%). Concentration of asparagine acid, serine, threonine, isoleucine, leucine, tyrosine, phenylalanine and lysine decreased from the 1-st to 7-th day of colostrum period, while for the rest of aminoacids in marked different tendencies. During the suckling period the content of different aminoacids in unconsiderable extent.
