Energy and protein value of waste wastes of Japanese quail breeding

Using adapted for geese balanced methods the metabolizable energy as the true digestibility of the essential amino acid of Japanese quail waste wastes have been established. The AMEn-o and the TMEn-o of the fodder were respectively 3.25 and 6.48 MJ/kg DM. The average true digestibility of the essential amino acids of the fodder is low - 45.5%. Comparatively higher than the average true digestibility have been established for lysine - 54.54, arginine - 58.9, cystine - 54.38, leucine - 56.91 and methionine - 51.21, and lower phenylalanine, valine and tyrosine.
