Use biodiesel as an alternative to fossil fuel is becoming unavoidable. World oil reserves are limited, so the introduction of biodiesel will help prolong the exploitation time of oil resources. Environmentally speaking, biodiesel is a safer fuel than fossil diesel, which is one of the major reasons to advocate its utilization throughout the world. Our country has necessary prerequisites for oil crops production as the basis for biodiesel production. The dispersion of production capacities should be based on an analysis of raw material resources as well as on the placement potentials for biodiesel and secondary products.
