Analyses has been performed on the basic goals of support of development of small and middle companies, which refer to increasing employment, changing of economic structures and expanding of competition. The essence of stimulus of development of small and middle companies and enterprises that make adjustment of legal regulations to the need of more rapid development of this sector. A rapid privatization and restructuring of companies enables creating of convenient macroeconomic conditions for undisturbed and rapid development of this segment of economy. The research within this thesis refer to development of small and middle companies which are directly or indirectly in the function of development of agriculture. Considering the importance of development of small and middle companies for the development of economy of the Republic of Srpska within the new economic system, it is very important to determine the relation between reaching the strategic goals of agriculture and present investments of international financing institutions, whose amount would not imperil its autonomy and independence.
