The technological parameters of lines belonging to different grain hardness groups were studied in various generations. Studies on the wet gluten content, Zeleny index and farinograph water absorption indicated that the grain yields of F3 lines differed form each other in all the grain hardness groups, and as the hardness increased there was generally an improvement in the technological parameters.
