Exogenus administration of anabolic steroid should not have any adverse affect on the normal function of the body and this can be confirmed by study of the serum activity. Increase in growth rate and carcass quality in lambs were recorded by exogenus administration of testosterone. The present experiment is designed to known the physiological status of Black Bengal kid by studying serum enzymes activities after injecting testosterone as growth promoter.
