Polymorphism of Blood Groups in Arabian Horses were investigated in terms of A, C, P, Q and U systems. Also some genetic parameters related to the blood groups of Arabian horses were determined. In the system of A (1821) 15 genotypes and 8 alleles, in Q (1869) and P (1154) 5 genotypes and 4 alleles, in C (1778) and U (1269) 2 genotypes and 2 alleles (in total 29 genotypes and 20 alleles) were determined. "A" blood group system produced the lowest homozygosity with the highest number of alleles. In addition, the A system showed the most reliable exclusion probability for parents testing. In the U system, highest (0.912) homozygosity was observed with the lowest exclusion probability (0.042). Investiagated population was not in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium in terms of A, Q, C and P blood groups system (p0.001).
