This paper presents the basic methods of data transformation of biological experiments and their application characters depending on the type of input data. The transformation is one of the most effective methodical means reducing the fluctuation of experimental data and increasing experimental precision. The new version of the program ANOVA (ver. 3.42) allows to use 8 methods of transformation of the experimental data. The choice of the best method of transformation is based on the model of dispersion analysis according to statistical criteria of Fisher, Bartlett and Tukey. The practical examples and recommendations for use of different methods of transformation of the experimental data are presented as well
