his study was performed to investigate the effects of various media compositions in regeneration of Lilium lancifolium. The adventititious bud initiation from microscale was the best on MS medium supplemented with BAP 1.0mg/L and NAA 0.1mg/L after 4 after 4 weeks of weeks of culture. However, from bulbscales, adventitious bud initiation was the best in dark condition on MS medium supplemented with BAP 0.5mg/L and NAA 0.1mg/L
